For starters, it is strained and becomes very thick and creamy (because most of the water comes out). And it also has live cultures, which makes it very healthy. When we make our yogurt, we make it the old-fashioned way. We strain it overnight and we have a specific recipe that we have worked on for many years. It’s not too sour and not too sweet. We don’t add any sugar or flavoring. That’s what makes it so good besides a SUPER healthy choice!
